ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENT! Launch 3 Telecom is looking to hire an Account Executive with a strong background in wireless distribution sales to the Tier 1 Mobile Carriers. This position will focus on equipment sales to the tier 1 wireless carriers - AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile. Qualified candidates will have a history of Tier 1 Carrier sales and management success as well as a network of purchasing contacts in this field. The responsibilities of this position will be to develop and execute sales and business development strategies. You must be able to identify carrier opportunities and recommend innovative solutions that address existing plans. You’ll coordinate and manage the entire sales process with support from our internal sales team and upper management. You will be required to develop and implement business plans aimed at maintaining/growing sales volume, market share and revenue within your mobile carriers accounts. This position can be remote or work form our office in NJ. PLEASE NO RECRUITERS OR STAFFING AGENCIES. WE WILL NOT RESPOND!

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for total sales revenue of Carrier accounts within assigned accounts, including new projects and 'flow' business.
  • Maintain and expand productive business relationships with carrier contacts as well as Launch 3 internal contacts.
  • Coordinates, reviews, and recommends pricing for all carrier bids, RFPs, RFQs, sales proposals and contract submittals for opportunities within assigned accounts-signs bid documents as appropriate.
  • Act as the key contact with assigned mobile carriers accounts to cultivate ongoing productive/collaborative customer relationships and influence decisions through the application of consultative selling skills.
  • Leads/coordinates internal/external networks/resources necessary to ensure maximum client coverage/success, achieving annual performance targets and creating sustainable competitive advantage for Launch.
  • Provide support, demonstrate design capabilities, schedule client trips, and develop facility strategies that will result in desired results.
  • Manages activities within assigned expense budget.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience including 2-3 years in Carrier sales
  • Proven track record of success
  • Active contacts that handle purchasing for the Tier 1 Carriers
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities
  • A team player that works well with customers as well as internal team
  • Sets and Meets high performance standard
  • Willingness to travel to clients and trade shows
